Our Mission
To foster Friendship and Community engagement through culture and music.
We use the medium of sharing various world cultural activities including, food, music, and poetry to engage people from diverse communities.
As well as helping people from the various diverse communities come together and appreciate art, culture, places, and people – this project also helps people to build partnerships across the spaces we inhabit.
Partnerships
We are also engaged in several programmes which aim to preserve and celebrate the cultural arts and heritage which we have seen slipping into disappearance over the past couple of decades. We hope to revive the use of certain instruments, styles of delivery, including spoken word, poetry, kawali and storytelling. We also hope to celebrate the wonderful and colorful contributions made to our fabulous country from all over the globe.
Mental Health and community wellbeing
We will use the medium of art, culture, poetry and community engagement to help children and adults manage their wellbeing.
